I am Dr. Penni Vachon, DNP, APRN, ANP-BC, RMT, CTTHHP.

What the heck does that alphabet soup mean?

DNP - I have received my Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Alabama at Birmingham

APRN - I have been an Advanced Practiced Registered Nurse in the state of South Carolina since 2011

ANP-BC - I have been a board certified Adult Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center since 2011

RMT - I am a certified Reiki Master/Teacher

CTTHHP - I am a certified Transpersonal & Trauma Healing Hypnotherapy practitioner

I began my own healing journey in 2018 after learning that I had an autoimmune disease that had made me ill since childhood. I wandered into the world of spirituality through my personal journey into using holistic and alternative medicine to heal myself.

I received my first Reiki session in January 2019 and quickly became certified in both Level 1 and Level 2. I further expanded my Reiki practice by becoming a Master/Teacher in Spring, 2020 (during the beginning of the global pandemic)! I have always said that Reiki is the gateway into all things spirituality. It was the jumping point that opened me up to my gift as an intuitive healer.

I have done a lot of deep shadow work and processed a lot of inner childhood trauma. I have connected with my Higher Self (and she's pretty amazing) and seen the vision that She has for me in this lifetime. I am living each day authentically and with a strong drive to help our community heal.

Part of my healing journey led me to my first trauma release retreat in September 2022. At The Healing Circle of Fire Retreat, I was exposed to an amazing modality known as Transpersonal & Trauma Healing Hypnotherapy. That retreat quite literally changed my life! I remember speaking with my husband on the drive home and letting him know that I am different in ALL ways - physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I was able to expand on that trauma work by adding a few Shamanic & Earth Medicine healing sessions and get myself into remission of my 4 autoimmune diseases in early 2023.

I am so passionate about helping people get to the root cause of their problems, helping them heal their inner child and clearing the traumas that are holding us all back from reaching our highest best and highest good.

I really enjoy holding space and initiating the innate healer within the beautiful motility of Reiki. My warm touch, inviting presence and intuitively guided gifts assists individuals in connecting to a deep healing space within, assisting in releasing stress, healing and harmonizing the body, mind and spirit.

I found Reiki during the beginning of my healing journey in 2021. It was a profound awaking in my life and has skyrocketed me to ultimate healing. Further encouraging me to participate in numerous healing retreats, such as inner child work. This empowered me to continue my education to heal others.

I received my Level 3 Master Reiki attunement from Penni Vachon, RMT in February of 2024. I am currently training for my certification in Hypnosis with The Centre of Excellence with a goal of continuing on to become a Transpersonal and Trauma Healing Hypnotist.
